This 3-Day advanced training will include a review of the basics of crisis negotiations, influence and persuasion, negotiating with different personality types, and negotiating with different psychiatric conditions. The course will cover negotiating with the empathy impaired, negotiations via text, and kidnap negotiations. The course will employ many debriefs of callouts from the instructor’s experience as illustration of the principles covered throughout the course.
