I’ve been invited to speak all day on the last day of a TAHN sponsored 40-Hour Basic Negotiator School in Round Rock, Texas. I will try to bring everything together by reviewing a number of callouts, reviewing what worked and what didn’t, reviewing influence and persuasion, and other negotiator interventions.
