I'll be speaking at the American Mental Health Counselors Association conference in Orlando, Florida.  I'll be speaking on our Victims Services Crisis Team program at the Lubbock Police Department, and reviewing some basic crisis intervention skills.  We'll also debrief one of my negotiator callouts as an example of the intervention skills in action under extreme circumstances.
