I'm excited to speak at the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office in Tulsa Oklahoma. In the morning I'll be speaking to civilians about working with police departments, crisis intervention skills, and our programs at the Lubbock Police Department that provide mental health assistance to citizens and officers.

In the afternoon I'll be speaking with negotiators and SWAT operators about callout dynamics.  I'll also reference my national survey's of negotiators and operators and provide some callout debriefs with lessons learned.
