I'll be speaking at the Public Agency Training Council (PATC) Hostage Negotiator Conference in Las Vegas!  Lt. Jack Cambria (NYPD, Ret.) will also be speaking.  I'm looking forward to attending!  I'll get to speak about my research on the personality, experience, and decision-making styles of negotiators and SWAT operators, and its application on SWAT callouts.  I'll include a debrief of a callout I had with the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office as an example.
