I'm excited to return to the California Association of Hostage Negotiators conference! I get to be the speaker to kick off the conference on September 18th, 2017.  

I'll get to speak briefly on a few callouts we've worked, and then present the findings of my national survey of hostage negotiators and SWAT operators, with emphasis on how these two groups can work better together on callouts.
