Looks like negotiating teams from Lubbock Police Department, Lubbock County Sheriff's Office, Plainview Police Department, Amarillo Police Department, Potty County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety will all be attending!  That should be about 50 negotiators from all over west Texas!

I'll be leading training and bringing together counseling students and negotiators to practice active listening skills.
